I didn't realize it, but this was my fastest road 10k in almost 5 years! It was also my only road 10k in almost 5 years. (Insert sad faced emoticon.) I finished in 40:15.
We had a great time in Sanford yesterday morning. Andrea did awesome, pushing both boys in the double jogger for the 5k to win her age group in under 26 minutes. She's such a stud.
We met up with our friends, the Halls for good lunch at hometown Yarborough's. We spent the rest of Sunday exhausted.
